Tammy, yes. I did, and still kinda do, Weight Watchers. Its just $14.95 a month and I can no longer afford it. I still need to write everything down that I eat, otherwise I forget, and eat too much. Mostly I enter the food at work on the PC, however, today has been terrible and I have had no time! XO

I do like Cauliflower, raw and cooked. I just think I have been eating too much of it! But I love your idea, and I love Indian Spices, I am just not good at using them
