Well I hit my Mid mark yesterday. I want to loose 20 pounds and yesterday I weighed in as loosing 10 pounds! I am happy. However, this has taken me since January to do this ! a whole two and a half months. yuck. too long. I did rather blow in February, but March is coming along nicely.
And today, I did my usual Tread Mill thing; 45 minutes, burning 300 calories at 6 % grade and 3.4 mph. I think I am actually liking this too! It gets me out of my desk for almost an hour and it works like natural sleeping pills for me at night; I am out like a light each night!
I just hope my stamina and willpower holds up. I cannot afford to buy new summer shorts so I have to fit into my old ones!
The weekend is just about here so as long as I can resist junk food this weekend I will be fine and Monday will be here sooner that I can imagine anyways. ugh.

I dont like lazy people. In fact, I really really really DONT like lazy people!
We had this, lets say - confrontation, today at work. and I do admit, it was my fault. We now have a team of 12 people; in which we recently merged with a small team. Let say the merge was a hard one. Different people, different different different. The merge about gave me acne nodules. errrr.
Anyways, there is this one lady who refuses to delivery her work over to anther department. She says that since we go ‘near’ there anyways delivering our work, that we can just stop by and deliver her work too!
Well I blew it today and delivered the wrong papers to the wrong department and some almost got lost and it was mess.
So in our team meeting today I suggested that everyone just deliver thier own papers themself! I mean really people, get off your butt and move it! (I didnt say exactly that). But I just about got outed from the meeting! The people from the new team that merged w/us, sure let me have it!. Its the same “its always been done that way” , so no need to change! OMG.
They are just too lazy to do their own work. Well I guess if layoffs do come ’round, they will be the first to go. humph.

I am too fat. I hate this! The weight is just not coming off fast enough. Yesterday and Today I was on the treadmill again - this time for 45 minutes at a 6 % incline going 3.4 mph. I burned 300 calories. That is 6 WW points.
and this afternoon . . . I am just exhausted! How can exercising for 45 minutes totally wipe me out? I need to loose this flat and get buff for summer. I need bodybuilding supplements that make me loose weight at the same time. Prob not possible. *sigh*
Plus, I am starving! Spinach yesterday for dinner did not cut it. Today all I have left to eat for dinner is a measly 250 calories. Granted, Its do-able, but I would like to have a juicy piece of Pizza. Hmmmm, I do have a frozen one in the freezer, but that would be 7 points which is 2 points (or 100 calories) over my food intake for the day.
eGads, I think I am going nuts, I mean really - I am stressin over 100 calories ! ! ! errrrrrr.

Since we decided to go for it and get new Tiles, of course I have to totally Spring Clean! This weekend was moving the Piano and painting the wall. Of course painting entitles washing the walls, patching the holes and then eventually painting! The color we chose was Glowing Firelight. Yup, pretty orange for sure! But I figure it will give Character to our place and liven the place up a bit! I still have to do the bottom trim, but thats for when we rip the carpet up!

I am still going down to the Fitness Center here at work four times a week. This week I have raised my incline on the treadmill to 6% and my speed to 3.3 mph. Just cruizin’, eh? hardy har har. But really, thats all I can take! I hate running as it hurts everthing in my body and I will not take those best weight loss pills I have been hearing about. I am going to loose the flab my way! so there!
Unfortunatly-its going slow. So far this week; only .4 of a pound. ugh.
Plus, they brought doughnuts to work today. I am doing good eating my carrots, apple, banana and pretzels, but I could not resist - I had One Bite. I figure thats about 50 calories (shhh, it was a big bite okay?!)
Thats it. No More Bites! No More!!!

We finally got all our (imitation) documents that we brought back from DC framed and on the wall. They are huge too! Each one is 32″ x 36″. It was a lot of work, and took us a bit of time and energy but we love it. After drilling all the holes, measuring, leveling, taking a quick break for some mountain dew and the best vitamins for men (for my son as he was pooped!), we lay on the bed and looked at our wall.

The prints are on parchment too, so thats why they look so yellow. But they do look just like the originals which we did see in DC last summer.

I am continuing on my journey to loose those dreaded pounds of fat from my skinny body underneath. As of yesterday, I still have 12 lbs to loose. Better I admit, but its is slow going. I dont like slow going anythings, but I have come to accept this slow weight loss program - I just cannot loose more than 2 lbs a week!. I do research on line, read as many articles as I can; have not read any colon cleanse reviews as of yet, but that is my next step.
I gotta get healthier. My son needs to get healthier. Our fat Cats need to get healthier.
Oh, we have to move the Piano today - that should burn Some extra Calories for sure, heeheehee. The thing weighs a ton!

This weekend we have been busy! I raked away all the left over fall leaves, and noticed my tulips are even coming up outside! So exciting considering I planted about 70 bulbs last fall; they had really good daily deals last fall and I could not resist! I even had some extra bulbs that would not fit anywhere outside, so my Mom suggested I put them in pots and ya know what!? It worked! (ok the lone one in the orange pot is kinda wierd, but still!) They look so nice in the house-cant wait to find out what color they are as I can’t seem to remember.
