OMG. I caught this terrible cold over the weekend and I am still trying to shake it. I swear I was just sick a month ago. I mean really, where is this coming from ! So Frustrating.
Being sick puts a damper on me trying to re-stain my kitchen cabinettes too. I took them off over a week ago. You can see all my dishes and spices and what-not. Plus, the Cats like to see if they can slide in the junk somewhere. ugh.
I need to strip the old stain off and then put the nice green stain on. I did some drawers the week before and I really like the rustic, log cabin look. Eventually I want Granite Countertops, and a new sink, maybe even some type of farmhouse sinks might look good w/the green.
ah well, I am not doing anything till I get better, For Sure. ugh.

The last two days have been just terrible. Sometimes I wonder if this lack of sleep is just in my head, and that I am really getting enough sleep, and there is really no excuse for me being so dang tired! I have taken a nap on the couch Mon and Tues as well. Granted, its only been like a 30 minute nap, but I just could not keep my eyes open.
and its really not fair either, I have gobbs of stuff that needs to be done. both inside the house, and outside the house. Mostly the Garage. I can bearly get my jeepster in and its a two car garage! There are bed frames in my garage, a mattress, and stuff I dont even remember! I tend to shove everything in the garage during winter. However, I just found out that the person that I borrowed the Bed and Frames from does not want them back! Soooooo, I am going to chop up the wooden bed frame and use it for firewood next year. The mattresss gets tossed, along w/the other misc stuff. I cant wait to clean out the garage ! ! !
Now only if it would stop snowing . . . we are due for 6-10 more inches today. ugh.
Winter has returned out here in the West. There must be at least 6 inches already at our house. I can see the Freeway from my workplace, and the cars are traveling slower than a snail ! Good thing I get to work much before the light of dawn.
I guess Patience is the order for Today. The warm weather will come, just not soon enough for me.
I am just about out of any type of energy today. Its only a little after Noon and I am beat. Ready to go home, start the weekend and see if I can be outside for a bit. Hm, mostly I think I need a nap! This being 11 pounds overweight is killing me. The way I figure it, is that a gallon of Milk is 8 pounds, so I am carring around an extra gallon and half of milk. That is Heavy. ugh.
Well I better get back to work, everyone is gone but the Boss and two of us; they all left early. I am saving my vacation time for summer. When its REALLY warm !

Seriously folks: I am fed up with this Years’ cold and flu season that never ends ! ! ! My son stayed home yesterday cuz he was throwing up. This is just absolutely ridicules ! ! ! I swear we have been sick on and off since this year started. It is really getting us depressed.
The weather has been nice, so I air out the house, open windows, we even sat outside for a while for the fresh air, but nooooo, nothing is working.
I want Summer. NOW.
I have a great kid (when he is not complaining, being lazy and just a plain pain in the *ss!). So far, this week is going pretty good and we have not gotten into any arguements. It is amazing when when we both get enough sleep!
Anyways, he has Wood Shop in school and just the other day, he came home with this:

Oh Boy am I tired. Ya’d think that after years and years and years of this, I would learn. But noooo, every Monday I wake up exhausted. and I thought the weekends were supposed to be relaxing. ugh.
It was pretty sunny outside, so we did work around the yard a little. I took turns taking the Cats outside and playing with them. They scratch and meow at the doors now trying to get out. But 2 of the 3 are new and I know will run away if I dont watch them so I have to stay right there with them.
oh, and I gained 4 pounds just this weekend! Now I have to loose 8 pounds to reach my Mini goal at the end of this Month.
I can no longer do the One Weigh at at Time. I just cant belong to a group, I need to do it alone. Yeah, I know, I am pretty backwards.

Terminater: Sara Connor Chronicals, is on TV tonight. So Exciting! I cant wait till the movie, T4, comes out in May.
You see ? I have a totally boring life. My Friday nite activity is watching TV with a cup of hot Tea, watching the 3 Cats run around like nutballs, and listening to my son complain. Which he seems to be doing a lot of this week.
However, I am very very glad it is Friday. I get to sleep in tomorrow, yeah! I swear my life revolves around Work, Kid, Sleep. Work Kid Sleep. Work Kid Sleep.
This weekend, no Work, no Kid stuff ( like Scouts, etc) just nothing actually. It will be SO nice. Perhaps I will even sit outside in the sun. It is supposed to hit 50. A high for around here
