ack. Week Three already. I say this every week; I need to get my butt in gear! This past week was a tad on the hard side. Too much Pizza (it was on sale at Costco!). Not an excuse *sigh* I know, but I love Pizza ! !

My results this week were: No Gain. No Loss.

I am happy that I did not gain, but I still need to loose those 10 lbs. I am on track this week (cuz I ate all the Pizza we had in the house last week!).
and I dont really have a Tip this week other than just for me to try and stay focused, and stay possitive, cuz when I am on track and doin’ it, I loose the weight!

    A lot of us seem to be in the same boat - we hate exercise. I wish I knew what to do to change that. If you figure it out please let me know. No gain is good though. You were doing something right.

    hey, least there is no gain. i did all i could do these last two wks and nada. i gained weight. i’m feeling a little ‘off’. may be time to evaluate my meds or tsh levels. i’m also thinking that the wii fit is not enough exercise lol i haven’t put my one weigh at a time post up yet. i will later at http://diet-notme.blogspot.com

    I love pizza too! We have pizza night every Friday. I say every Friday I’m not eating any but I do!!!! I just can’t pass on pizza. Staying the same is okay. I know I have had weeks like that. This week will be better. Hang in there.

    Hey I see it’s 25 degrees out there. That sounds like a heat wave. It’s 0 here right now and my house is cold. I’m ready for spring. I think I heard that we will be getting warmer on Thursday. It must be the weather you are having now.

    Well, no gain is good! :) Pizza is hard to resist, for sure. I can’t be around it or I want to eat it! I did refuse an eclair yesterday though, yay!

    Pizza’s my downfall, too. I love it! Every time I say I’ll eat less, but it doesn’t happen. I need to eat a big salad first. Maybe then I’d be more full and able to stop sooner.

    You’re obviously doing a lot of things right if you can eat pizza several times and still not gain. Good luck this week!
