I have a problem. I cant stop eating ! They keep bringing foods to work, and I keep shoving it in my mouth. Cheese, crackers, Cheese Cakes, homemade breads, dips, you name it, we got it. Oh, no veggies tho, we have everything but veggies!
We are skipping our weekly weigh-in for Taking It Off Together Tuesdays and starting fresh next week, which is good - cuz I gained a fetchin’ pound!
I need an brain overhall, I need a new way to think about the same old food-things, I need a new memory card for my brain (now wouldn’t that be nice!) so that I can store healthy thoughts in this head of mine and stop eating ! Ya know, the funny thing is that I am not even hungry. I could chalk it up to holiday stress, year end reports and plain out boredom, but I hate excuses and I know I just have to eat less.
Ugh. Easier said than done. *sigh*

Luckily, we haven’t had any goodies this week at work. Last week we sure did though! I ate everything I could get my hands on. I gained .2 on my weigh in - which isn’t bad, but I know without all this food at work I probably would’ve had a loss!

We have had a ton too. You CAN do this! One day at a time. Try NOT to eat junk for just ONE day, just to see if you can. Come on, you know you can.

it is really hard, especially the holidays. I’m going back to work tomorrow and it’s going to be hard to say no to lunch. Or get a salad when I go. UGH.
