I gained too :(. Maybe it’s Halloween? Ha ha … I always have to have a reason to make myself feel better. Hopefully we can both lose at the next weigh in!

that was a nice prize you provided this week. too bad i didn’t lose any weight to win it LOL i actually gained. i’m swollen again, ate too much crap, too much soda (which i’m sure contributed to the swelling, hence, gain), no exercise…no excuses really.
i’m sure you will lose the weight next week…luckily i can resist chocolate, just went on a soda binge this week. weird.
p.s. as you can see, i’ve moved my weight loss stuff to a new blog. Diet Is Such A Dirty Word. gonna keep my thyroid blog more thyroid-y LOL though weight & thyroid go hand in hand.
