I have no motivation. I was down to 2 pounds away from my goal, now I am back right up where I started this 10 weeks ago. I just want to eat what I want to eat! and yeah, that is what I have been doing and it shows. But I love Ice Cream, and Chocolate and Peanut Butter and Oreo’s !
Summer is winding down; this IS the last week and school starts next Monday. I go back to my 5 AM wake up time, get back to bed early again and I should get back to eating better again. But until then, sorry to say, I am going to have more Ice Cream tonight. so there !
