Off, again.
Tuesday 27th of May 2008 07:36:51 PMWell, once again I am off track on my eating healthy. I gained 1.7 pounds in just one day. I know, I have heard it before, “dont weigh yourself every day”, but I cant help it!. Yesterday was the Holiday and I know that I ate way to much. I knew it when I went to bed and I knew it when I woke up. The hard part is getting back on track. Its only ONE day, yeah, but one day for me throws me off and it takes me about three days to get back on track. I am trying; today I only ate 250 calories over my allowed 1000 a day. Tomorrow will be better as we now have a fridge full of veggies!
