Well. Monday is here. I have the munchies so bad too. Right now I am eating bite size pretzels. I can eat 15 of them for around 130 calories. So if I drink water w/them, they should expand in my stomach and I should be good for a few hours. I hope.
I already ate my 110 calorie Bagel, my Coffee, my Watermellon and there is a box of donuts sitting across the row. I have to be strong and not eat them too ! ! They will hurt me today if I do.
Yesterday we had a BBQ at my folks house and I gained 1.7 lbs in one day. I really hate that when that happens.
I still have my Apple and Strawberries left. That has to last me 4 hours. ugh.

*sigh*

    You don’t gain 1.7 lbs in one day. :) At least not real fat. You shouldn’t sweat the day to day. But I think I have told you this before. :)

    You sound just like me! Don’t get on the scale everyday–we can fluctuate so much from day to day!! I tell you that and I do it as well (step on the scale)
