Well I am here today, but actually working so hard that I leave in 30 minutes and this is the first time I can log on and blog! I really hate taking time away from my blogging. Anyways, today is terrible. I am starting the week out just awful. Why you ask….?

Well ! Today my diet included a cup of Coffe, a bowl of soup and 6 cookies. SIX ! not the little bite sized ones either, but the big chocolate chunk cookies from Costco ! I figure thats about 600 calores total. Even maybe more, cuz they really are big ! I can feel my rear expanding…. I might even need some bigger office furniture to plop my butt in. This is just terrible.

So, basiclly, I cannot eat anything else for the rest of the day. This is going to be very hard. If the Biggest Looser is on TV tonight I will be okay, cuz I love that show and it really encourages me, but otherwise….I dont know….. I will have to lock the fridge. ugh
