We went Ice Skating last night and it was so fun! We went out to the Olympic Oval. This is where the speed skating and lots of Olympic races were held at the Salt Lake City 2002 Olympics. They claim it is the ‘fastest ice in the world’ and I believe them now! Wow, the ice was slick. I just about biffed it, but not quite. After a while we got better, but the first few laps were tricky. My son passed of his Ice Skating Merit Badge and my parents even came to watch us. It was nice they were there, my son does like to show off his skills. Which is good, I am glad he is proud of what he can do
