Today was a bad bad day. Got to work and they had donuts. The kind with Lemon filling inside. I could not resist. The guys also brought a Cheese Ball, had to eat that too. Plus, Girl Scout Cookies. Did I pass…? nope, ate those too. It’s a bad bad day. So, I get home and have a Diet Coke, trying to get back on track. So, what do I do after that…? I go for the Chocolate chip cookies we have here, ate those too. I have been doing sooo good all week too! Lost about 1.5 pounds. However, I think I just gained it all back today. I really need to lose weight!

    I had a bad day too, don’t think I’ll get on the scale in the morning! I had a cinnabon cinnamon roll for breakfast/lunch. Tonight I found myself eating Cheetohs. Lots and lots of cheetohs. :-(

    Whoa girl that was quite a day. I could have resisted a donut with lemon filling. I am not much of a lemon guy. But the rest sounded good. I had a couple of cookies but also 30 miles on my bike. But i also need to lose weight. I really don’t want to pedal my fat butt over Mountains of Misery in May.

    I could live on sugary foods. Its like caffein for me, gives me that energy to get my chores done, but when they wear off, I am really tired. such a bummer.

    Hi Lynne, cinnabon cinnamon rolls are The Best ! We cannot have chips or cheetos or freetos in our house cuz I eat them all too! Have a great weekend.
