I have been thinking about canceling my Weight Watchers on line account. I still get the Magazines however, I am not using the on line program much anymore. Plus, this is costing me $14.95 a month. So if I cancel, it will save me quite a bit year end. I have been looking into other on line programs and think I have found one that I like. I know I need a daily tracker to input every bit of food I put in my mouth otherwise I will gain weight. With FitReach I can log all my food, count calories, fat, carbs and protein on a daily basis. They even have graphs to show my progress, I can download my before and after picture, and if I can even access the site on any mobile device, as in iPhone, etc. Basically the same as Weight Watchers with out the fee. I can also track exercise too. Which of course, I don’t do because I don’t exercise! But I do plan my meals in advance, and I need to print out my daily foods so that I don’t eat what I am not supposed to eat! I am very strange that way, I have to write it all down and stick to the plan. Sounds good to me, now I just have to make the change.

I may have to check this out. I currently track mine on a system I created myself.
I would want a system like this to allow me download my data for other uses though.
I set up a free account for me, but I need to check it out some more as it usually takes me a few days to get a new system down pat. and I am not sure if you can download for other uses either. XO
I’ve also found another free site that you might like if FitReach doesn’t turn out to be what you need (or you could try them both since it’s free I guess)
