My son is playing Piano right now so I cannot really do anything, so I thought I’d make one last entry for today. He is a very good pianist. He might just make it to Branson Missouri one day. I just wish tho, that he would not complain so much. More complaints come out of his mouth than music comes out of the piano! I have decided too, that he is a perfectionist. If he cannot do it perfect the first time ’round, he gets soooo upset. I keep telling him its okay to not be so darn perfect at all he does. His patience is like mine some days; non-existent.

While I was taking a shower this morning, I was thinking to myself that I am really a quite simple person. I like simple thing, natural things and quiet things. We had a really good weekend this time. Last weekend was a disaster, but this weekend was good. We took a walk, watched TV, did all our chores (homework, cleaning, etc) and I even took a nap. It was very enjoyable. I hope to continue being happy, content and I hope when I get older I will not need any type of incontinence supplies.
I was telling my son all this on our drive to my parents this morning, and I think he understands. He tells me lots of his friends say they have big big TVs, lots of video games, junk food, free time and do whatever they heck they want. I mean really, these are 12-13 year olds. I still think they need structure. My son works and lives better when he has chores, goals and a purpose in life. The simple things.
