Marzipan
Monday 28th of January 2008 05:31:24 PMSince it has been snowing all day today, I have been thinking about Marzipan. We make Marzipan every Christmas holiday and I think we have eaten it all. It lasts quite a while in a cool room, and keeps very fresh too. It is a tradition we do every year. We have so much fun making it. The only way I can explain is we form the dough into friut shapes, its kinda like playing with PlayDough, so fun ! It is a blessing that none of us have cerebral palsy. Anyways, now I am stuck eating Valentines heart shaped chocolate. Here is a couple pictures of some of the shapes we make.
