I like naps. I never take them, but I like them non-the-less. I really wanted a nap this afternoon, but of course it did not happen. I think I am slowly wearing myself out tho. One of my New Year Resolutions was not to take a vacation day this year until April. Its too fetchin’ cold to go out, the weather is sometimes depressing (when there is no snow that is) and I always try to save my vacation for the summer. My dad says that I could be feeling down and tired because I am not getting enough sunshine. This is probably right. I need the sun. I have heard that the sun provides Vitamin D. No, not in large sun-burned ways, but just a hour or so of sunlight a day. We have not seen the sun in a while out here. Its been snowing too much; which is good cuz we need the water, but One day of sun would be nice. Either that, or more rest and sleep for me. I feel like bedtime right now and its only 7pm. Maybe a short nap . . .

Long nights is nature’s way of telling us to get more sleep. Try going to bed earlier. If you are tired at 7 go to bed at 7.

I would so love to get to bed at like 7pm every nite, heeheehee. Right now we are hitting the sack at 830pm and up at 5am. In summer when it is lighter outside it is better. ugh

Yeah.. it’s either snowing, or inversion. Yuck! I am so ready for warmth.

Hi Cyn, yupe, the inversion is getting me depressed. I need to do a mental check and pull out of it! I get to sleep in tomorrow/saturday, so that will help!
