Well this lovely long weekend is almost over. And once again, I feel like I could use another weekend to recover from this weekend. We did not have much planned, but as usual, things came up. Today our Scout Troop did the Free Hot Dogs at RC Willey. If you ever wondered who did that, now you know, we do. It was not too busy tho considering it was the after Thanksgiving weekend. The kids give out free hot dogs to whoever shops at this very big furniture store. I also do notice a lot of repeat people. Its kinda sad, cuz it is very obvious they are homeless/street people, and this is their main meal for the day. With our Scout group, we have to do at least 6 hours volunteer services to Rank Advance. So I was thinking maybe we can do something along those lines; homeless people, etc. I came very close to being homeless as well when my X decided to split. I had no where to go, and had a 6 month old baby. Luckily I made ammends w/my family and they took me back. It was a scary time in my life that I will never forget. We have SO very much to be thankful for. Not a day goes by when I thank the roof over my head, the food in my stomach and the great family I have. I am truely blessed w/many good friends as well. The size of my house, the type of my car, and the ‘junk’ we all have collected means nothing without our Heath, Family and Friends. I am so lucky. Thank you to all my friends and family for being who you are. I love you all very much.

I really love Fridays. Today was a pretty good day other than my smart-ass son. He was really on one today. Back talkin’, smart ass’n and a big pain in the butt ! I try very hard not to let it get to me, but some days….I swear he does it just to bug me too. ugh.

But other than that ! We put up all our Christmas decorations and personally, I think the house looks great. I am now just settling down for a nice quiet evening. I am not really in a blogging mood right now, can you tell?! I’ll be back in the morning, its been a long fetchin’ day !

I like to play Roulette. I was first intruduced to it at work this summer. Every year at work we have a Family Day celebration and this year Gambling was the Theme. It was So fun ! My son and I went together and he pretty much kicked my butt. We only played for Chips, but it was fun to see his pile getting bigger and mine getting smaller.

Anyways, I did not have a clue how to play, so I learned very quickly. And since then, I have been trying to find places to play. In Utah this is a hard thing! So I went on line. I did not know there were so many sites where you could play. Its scary in a way and I have heard about people loosing money like crazy on line. There is this site though, where you can go and read about online casino reviews. This place is so cool ! It will explain how the game is played, a little history behind the games, the rules for both the US and Overseas, it has player reviews, player ratings, editor ratings and links to just about every gaming site imaginable. Besides the basics like Poker, Blackjack, Craps and Slots, its also has Bingo and Backgammon. Its totally fun and informative, and will be great for these upcoming cold winter days or nights !

I want to officially Thank my sister for getting me into Blogging. This has been such a wonderful experience so far; I have gotten to know some really cool and neat people through their blogs and my quality of life has greatly improved. Plus, I have recently found another way cool thing; I can get paid to blog! Smorty is a service where one can get paid for blogging. I am so excited to have found them ! I found them whilst what I call Piggy-Backing around. I go from Blog to Blog to Blog, reading, learning and experiencing new and unique things. While I was out and about, I read an article about Smorty and applied. Low and behold, less than 8 hours later, here I am, blog advertising. Of course I asked around about this service with Smorty and found out that they are pretty good and many other bloggers use them. I am still rather new at this, but I am always up to learning new things. So, I am hooked. I think them and I will make great partners, sorta speak. Today it hit 72 degrees. This is Utah ! We are not supposed to get highs like that again till May ! I still have all the windows open to let in the cooler air. I dont like this draught at all. A few years ago there was over a foot of snow on the ground. I really want snow. This warm weather is depressing me. Sure, I love it in Spring, but not in Winter.

Anyway, its been a rather boring day. I am exhausted from the weekend and just might leave work early tomorrow. The house is a dissaster; this is depressing too, taking time off work to clean the house! ugh.

I need to get out of this mood. I did go out today and get a Honey Baked Ham, yum ! Its for Thanksgiving. Hope I dont eat it all until then, its a really small Ham.

Time to veg before bed.

I am happy today. Mostly because I can put my socks on with out screaming in pain. I have figured out that my relative happiness is determined by how much physical pain I am in. If I am in no pain, I am very happy; lots of pain, not happy. I can also relate my happiness to my weight. Thin, happy; fat, miserable. Plus, I can only date and go out w/guys when I feel relatively thin enough to be seen w/them. and right now there is this pretty hot guy I really want to see again, but I cant cuz I need to loose 3-5 more lbs!

I know I am pretty messed up that way, and I have really tried to change, but I gave up and it ain’t gunna happen. So, my goal is to stay happy. To do that I have to be thin and pain free. Wow. What a goal.

Reading over this makes me laugh hysterically. sheesh.
