Warmth
Monday 12th of November 2007 01:23:07 PMWell here it is, Monday. We sure had a wonderfull weekend; just me and the kiddo. I really love it when we do not argue. I think it has a lot to do w/sleep. We both got lots of sleep.
One bad thing that happened was that I ate way to much. Gained 3 lbs in 3 days. I really hate that! But I dont want to get depressed today, so I am going to avoid that reality for now. What I could really use, is to go someplace nice and warm, and perhaps do something nice for myself, like a Palm Beach facelift and Boca Raton facelifts. I have never been to any Spa type places and I think I should.
Since I am avoiding the weight issue today, its been a rather ho-hum day. I have eaten my WW muffins, an apple, tomatoes and carrots. Its Salad for dinner w/a glass of Milk and thats it! I need to start out fresh today. again. I know. I start out fresh every Monday! Then the weekends come and ruin everything. I need to get over that weekend munching cravings I get. Its terrible ! !

I really only eat when I am bored or have like one second of do-nothingness. As long as I am busy I am good. The weekends are more relaxing so they get me ! Thanks Leigh!

Yep I know how those weekends go. I have found that getting just a little exercise on Sunday seems to make a difference in a good way. But I think I actually eat less on weekends. Okay, maybe I am a little over board with numbers. But I am a stat guy. I never worry about day to day weight. I track it and look at the average over the week.
My weight can fluctuate as much as 5 lbs in a day depending on what I have been doing.

The strange part is that we did get a lot of exercise; we took a 4 hour walk on Sat and a two hour walk on Sun. When I exercise, I gain. Go figure! But I am also a little overboard w/#s too. I just need to relax….Thanks Kim XO
