I am so hungry today. I really dislike days like this too. Some days are good when it comes to food, some are not. Its actually been a hard week food-wise all around. So this is what I have eaten so far today and its already noon ! Two 50 calorie muffins, one apple, 130 calorie bowl of oatmeal, one pear and a big cup of coffee (no sugar, splenda). I hope I can make it thru this day. Fridays are always hard, I tend to munch on whatever chocolate we have in the house whilst watching TV (Ghost Whisperers & MoonLight), my Friday night ritual :) I will have to be firm today. I am 5 lbs overweight. Not too bad, but not good either! 5 lbs is a lot for me. Its the difference between wearing a Bikini and Not wearing a Bikini. Well, okay it IS supposed to snow tomorrow, but still ! !
