Well today is Monday the 1st of October and I have a lot of goals to meet this month. I tend to make weekly and monthly goals compaired to yearly goals; which never work for me anyways.

We have a program at work called Healty For Life. I am enrolled in this and for the month of October I get my Blood Pressure checked 3 times a week, for 3 weeks. Today was day 1. My BP was 108/64 and my pulse was 78. The Health Lady said that was good. Heck if I know ! ! I just know I always have a very fast pulse, no matter what. I was surpized it was 78.
And, since I only lost 1 pound since my last posting about weight, I really need to do this! It will make me go to the Fitness Center (in our work bldg) 3 times a week. Today I am doing good and only ate one donut :) and if I keep this up today, I will be on track w/my Weight Watchers program as well. I just need to NOT munch on Halloween candy when I get home.

So that is one goal for this month. The other is to get this Blog going ! ! ! sheesh. ya think ?!
