This week I am starting all over again, to get back on track w/my eating habbits. I dont like to say its really a Diet, but in a way it is. Because I had the Tile put in, we didnt have a stove hooked up and I could bearly get into the fridge; therefore, we ate out Fast Food all week ! Needless to say, I gained weight. A Lot. totally depressing.

So today I weighed in at 148 lbs. I am 5′8″ tall and this weight is unacceptable. I need to get down to at least 142. Monday I was 150, so I am on track. Yesterday I ate Califlower for dinner, and today its more of the same w/perhaps a salad.

I do Weight Watchers on line. I cannot cannot ! go to meetings. I really dont like socializing in person, so I to do this alone; with help from online friends of course! I have lost 44 lbs total about 3 years ago and mean to keep it off.

In the past week my back has really been hurting and I know its cuz of the extra weight. A gallon of milk weights 8 lbs, so I have been luggin’ around an extra gallon of milk on my belly and I dont like it!

Time to loss those pounds ! !
