Weight Issues

This week I am starting all over again, to get back on track w/my eating habbits. I dont like to say its really a Diet, but in a way it is. Because I had the Tile put in, we didnt have a stove hooked up and I could bearly get into the fridge; therefore, we ate out Fast Food all week ! Needless to say, I gained weight. A Lot. totally depressing.

So today I weighed in at 148 lbs. I am 5′8″ tall and this weight is unacceptable. I need to get down to at least 142. Monday I was 150, so I am on track. Yesterday I ate Califlower for dinner, and today its more of the same w/perhaps a salad.

I do Weight Watchers on line. I cannot cannot ! go to meetings. I really dont like socializing in person, so I to do this alone; with help from online friends of course! I have lost 44 lbs total about 3 years ago and mean to keep it off.

In the past week my back has really been hurting and I know its cuz of the extra weight. A gallon of milk weights 8 lbs, so I have been luggin’ around an extra gallon of milk on my belly and I dont like it!

Time to loss those pounds ! !

Is August over yet ! ?

Happy Tuesday to you all.

My goal for September is to get this Blog up and running full speed! Thanks to all who have visited me so far, and apologies for not getting back to you in a timely mannor. I normally am very good w/replies, but this not having internet at home really bites Soon tho, I will be going full force. I love to ramble away, collect idea and suggestions about life and get to know more people that Blog.

Now that school has started, I hope things will slow down. I know, that sounds rather strange, but this summer has been non-stop running around and I am tired! The wierd part is that we did not travel anywhere; just stayed in Utah. However, if you ask me what we did, I will have a hard time answering that one too !

Well, this will be a short entry today as I gotta start running around some more after I pick up the kiddo from school. I hope there is not too much homework today. *heavy sigh*

Welcome to My Lone Zone

Hello ! and let me introduce myself since I dont have an ‘about me’ page set up yet. My name is Chris and I am new to Blogging. I have a wonderful sister that is helping me set this us, so I should be up and running very soon.

I am a singe Mom who lives life to the fullest. My main goal is to be as happy as possible. I have realized that this is not as easy as it sounds, but I am on my way and lovin’ every step of the way !

Right now we are in the process of getting Tile for my Kitchen, Entryway and Hallway. Mind you, my house is very small, but I hope this will open it up and give it a new look. I am soo excited ! And I am learning so much ! I love to learn and soak up new things. And this is totally new for me. Moving the fridge and stove was rather tricky, but I did have a relative help me; I think getting it all back together will be the hard part.

Wards Discount Carpet is installing the Tile for me. They are wonderful ! When I originally went in the store to browse around, not one sales person attacked me ! They greeted me at the door and said if I needed any help, just ask. I was free to roam at my leisure w/no one hounding me. I love looking around by myself. I am rather a recluse, but I am working on that too!

So thats my story for today. Please be patience as in the next couple weeks I should be up and running.
